Open Back-up and Recover by simply clicking the Begin key , simply clicking Management Board, simply clicking Program and Servicing, and then simply clicking Back-up and Recover.
Do one of the following:

If you've created a backup before, you can wait for your regularly scheduled backup to occur, or you can personally build a new backup by simply clicking

To build a new, complete backup:

After you make your first backup, Ms windows Back-up will add new or changed information to your following back-ups. If you're preserving your back-ups on a hard drive or network location, Ms windows Back-up will build a new, complete backup for you automatically when needed. If you're preserving your back-ups on CDs or DVDs and can't find an existing backup disc, or if you want to build a new backup of all of the information on your computer, you can build a complete backup.
